Management status

This section is used to display what type of management the property is under

(let only or managed), let only means that it is the landlords responsibility to check

on the properties condition and the tenants welfare during the tenancy and the branch

merely source a tenant. A managed property means that the branch will both source a tenants

and check on the properties and tenants well being during the tenancy.
