In Window details you are able to talk about one single item such as the lock on the window.

Press the window detail button which is normally blank.

A new page will appear that looks like this asking you to add window detail.

Press the add window detail button. A new page will appear like this.

Select the name of the item that you are describing.

Select the colour of the item that you are describing.

Select the condition of the window.

Select any detailed comments that are relevant to the described item.

Text box allows you to add any comments necessary.

Gives you the option of using 5 photographs to describe the item.

If there are multiple windows then you can add another ceiling by pressing ‘Add Window’

then you fill out the same form but it will be different due to the different Window
